Welcome to Chuli & Bros. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, communications, estimates, and services. By engaging with Chuli & Bros, you agree to these Terms.
1. SERVICES
Chuli & Bros provides residential and commercial cleanout, decluttering, downsizing, estate transition, junk removal coordination, resale consulting, donation coordination, and related services.
Our services generally fall into the following categories:
Tier 1: Sort & Haul™
Basic cleanout and removal services for customers seeking rapid space recovery.
Tier 2: Full Fresh Start™
Comprehensive cleanout, sorting, donation coordination, resale identification, and space reset services.
Tier 3: Estate & Legacy™
Estate transition services involving family coordination, downsizing assistance, resale evaluation, donation planning, and legacy asset management.
Service scope is defined by the written proposal, estimate, invoice, or agreement provided to the customer.
2. ESTIMATES AND QUOTES
All estimates are based on information available at the time of inspection.
Quotes may be adjusted if:
Additional items are discovered
Access conditions change
Volume differs significantly from original assessment
Hazardous materials are present
Customer requests additional work
Quoted prices are honored for 48 hours from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due according to the terms specified in the estimate, invoice, or service agreement.
We may require:
Deposits
Partial payments
Full payment before completion
Accepted payment methods may include:
Credit cards
Debit cards
ACH transfers
Cash
Other approved payment methods
Late payments may incur collection costs and applicable fees permitted by law.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate information
Ensure safe access to the property
Identify items that must not be removed
Remove personal valuables before service begins
Obtain necessary permissions from landlords, property managers, family members, or other stakeholders
Chuli & Bros is not responsible for items mistakenly removed when customers fail to identify them before work begins.
5. RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
Appointments may be rescheduled based on availability.
Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible.
Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment.
6. DONATIONS
Customers authorize Chuli & Bros to donate designated items on their behalf.
Donation receipts may not always be available.
Customers are responsible for any tax reporting related to donations.
7. RESALE DISCLAIMER
As part of our service, Chuli & Bros may identify items with potential resale value.
Any resale estimates, projections, evaluations, recommendations, or opinions are provided solely for informational purposes.
Chuli & Bros does not guarantee:
Sale prices
Market demand
Timing of sales
Buyer availability
Any Resale Credit Offset™ applied during a project is an estimate made at the time of service and is not a guaranteed purchase offer or guarantee of future resale proceeds.
Market conditions may change at any time.
8. PROPERTY CONDITION
Customers acknowledge that cleanout work may involve:
Heavy lifting
Moving furniture
Accessing storage areas
Working in confined spaces
While reasonable care is exercised, Chuli & Bros is not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, hidden defects, or structural issues discovered during service.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chuli & Bros shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Incidental damages
Lost profits
Emotional distress claims related to disposal decisions
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including:
Text
Logos
Branding
Images
Graphics
Service names
remains the property of Chuli & Bros LLC and may not be copied without written permission.
11. WEBSITE USE
Users agree not to:
Attempt unauthorized access
Submit false information
Interfere with website functionality
Use the website for unlawful purposes
12. SMS COMMUNICATIONS
Customers who provide express consent may receive SMS messages relating to:
Appointment confirmations
Appointment reminders
Service updates
Customer support communications
One-on-one customer care communications
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

13. PRIVACY

14. FORCE MAJEURE
Chuli & Bros shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters
Severe weather
Power outages
Government actions
Labor disruptions
Transportation interruptions
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes before initiating legal proceedings.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located within Maryland.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Chuli & Bros reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting.
