Chuli & Bros LLC Refund Policy

At Chuli & Bros, we believe in transparency, fairness, and delivering exceptional service. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, deposits, and service-related disputes are handled.

By scheduling or purchasing services from Chuli & Bros, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Service-Based Business Notice

Chuli & Bros provides professional cleanout, decluttering, downsizing, estate transition, resale consulting, donation coordination, and related services.

Because our services involve scheduling labor, reserving time, travel, planning, and project preparation, refunds are handled differently than physical retail products.

Deposits

Certain projects may require a deposit to reserve service dates.

Deposits help secure labor, scheduling, planning, and project resources.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

  • Deposits may be applied toward the final invoice.

  • Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment at Chuli & Bros' discretion.

Appointment Cancellations

Customers may cancel scheduled appointments at any time.

More Than 24 Hours Notice

If cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment:

  • Any refundable deposit will be returned.

  • No cancellation fee will apply.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice

If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment:

  • Deposits may be forfeited.

  • Scheduling fees may apply where permitted by law.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans change.

Customers may request to reschedule appointments based on availability.

Whenever possible, deposits will be applied toward the new appointment date.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Chuli & Bros fails to provide the agreed-upon service.

  • Service cannot be completed due to circumstances within our control.

  • Billing errors occur.

  • Duplicate charges occur.

All refund requests are reviewed individually.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable once performed:

  • Completed cleanout services

  • Completed sorting services

  • Completed consultation services

  • Completed Decision Relief Sessions™

  • Completed Space Value Scans™

  • Completed resale evaluations

  • Completed donation coordination services

  • Labor already performed

  • Travel already completed

Once professional services have been delivered, they cannot be returned.

Resale Credit Offset™ Disclaimer

Any Resale Credit Offset™ applied to a project is an estimate made at the time of service.

Because resale values depend on changing market conditions, buyer demand, item condition, and other factors:

  • Resale values are not guaranteed.

  • Future proceeds are not guaranteed.

  • Differences between estimated and actual resale outcomes do not qualify for refunds.

Customer Satisfaction Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of service, please contact us immediately.

We are committed to finding fair resolutions whenever possible.

Potential resolutions may include:

  • Follow-up service

  • Service adjustments

  • Partial credits

  • Alternative accommodations

Resolution options are determined at Chuli & Bros' sole discretion.

Damages or Claims

Claims regarding property damage must be reported within:

72 hours of service completion

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Supporting documentation and photographs may be requested.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Chuli & Bros before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

We are committed to resolving concerns directly whenever possible.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed and supported with service records, photographs, communications, invoices, signed agreements, and project documentation.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within:

5–10 business days

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Payment provider

  • Bank policies

  • Credit card issuer processing times

Changes To This Policy

Chuli & Bros reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting.
