2. ELIGIBILITY

The Fresh Start Transformation™ Giveaway

(the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents

of the District of Columbia, Maryland, and

Virginia who are 18 years of age or older

and are homeowners, property representatives,

or individuals legally authorized to make

decisions regarding the property entered.

Employees, contractors, officers, directors,

and immediate family members of Chuli & Bros

LLC and anyone involved in the administration

of the Giveaway are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all

applicable federal, state, and local laws

and regulations.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins June 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM

Eastern Time and ends June 30, 2026 at 11:59

PM Eastern Time (the "Giveaway Period").

Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway

Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Giveaway Period, visit the official

Giveaway entry page at www.chulibros.com and

complete the Fresh Start Assessment™

application in full.

Applicants must provide:

- First Name

- Last Name

- Email Address

- Phone Number

- Property ZIP Code

- Responses to all assessment questions

Limit one (1) entry per household unless

otherwise approved by Sponsor in writing.

Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, fraudulent,

automated, or otherwise non-compliant entries

may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole

discretion.

All entries become the property of Sponsor

and will not be returned.

By entering, participants agree to be bound

by these Official Rules and by all decisions

of Sponsor, which are final and binding in

all matters related to the Giveaway.

6. PARTICIPATION OFFER

Sponsor may provide promotional offers,

service credits, discounts, bonuses,

consultations, audits, assessments, or

related incentives to all eligible

participants during or after the Giveaway

Period.

Receipt of any such offers does not affect

odds of winning and is not conditioned upon

any purchase or payment.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend upon the total number

of eligible entries received during the

Giveaway Period.

8. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected by random drawing

from all eligible entries received during

the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor

or its designated representative on or

about July 7, 2026.

Potential winners will be notified by phone

and/or email using the contact information

provided at entry.

Potential winners must respond to notification

within five (5) business days of the first

notification attempt. Failure to respond

within this period may result in

disqualification and selection of an

alternate winner.

Winners are not official until eligibility

has been verified and all required

documentation has been received.

9. WINNER VERIFICATION

Sponsor reserves the right to require:

- Government-issued photo identification

- Proof of DC, Maryland, or Virginia residency

- Proof of authority over the entered property

- Signed eligibility and liability release

- Publicity release where permitted by law

Failure to comply with any verification

requirement within the required timeframe

may result in disqualification and selection

of an alternate winner.

10. PRIZE CONDITIONS

Prizes:

- Are not transferable

- May not be exchanged for cash

- May not be assigned to another person

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a

prize of equal or greater value if any

advertised prize becomes unavailable for

any reason.

All services are subject to scheduling

availability, service area limitations,

property access, property conditions,

and operational requirements of Sponsor.

Winners are solely responsible for all

federal, state, and local taxes on the

value of any prize received. Sponsor will

issue a 1099 form where required by law.

11. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance

of a prize constitutes permission for

Chuli & Bros LLC to use winner's name,

city, state, likeness, photographs, videos,

statements, and project results for

advertising, promotional, and marketing

purposes in any media now known or

hereafter developed, without additional

compensation or further notice.

12. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants release and hold

harmless Chuli & Bros LLC, its officers,

directors, employees, contractors, agents,

affiliates, successors, and assigns from

any and all claims, damages, losses,

liabilities, costs, or expenses arising

out of or related to participation in the

Giveaway, the award or use of any prize,

or any error in entry or prize delivery.

13. RIGHT TO MODIFY OR CANCEL

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel,

suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway

at any time if fraud, technical failures,

unauthorized human intervention, force

majeure events, or any other factors

beyond Sponsor's reasonable control

impair the integrity or proper functioning

of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor

in its sole discretion.

14. PRIVACY

Information submitted in connection with

this Giveaway is subject to Sponsor's

Privacy Policy available at:

Information collected may be used for:

- Giveaway administration

- Winner notification and verification

- Service scheduling and communication

- Promotional and marketing follow-up

- Customer care communications

Participants who opt in to SMS communications

will receive messages consistent with the

consent provided at entry. Reply STOP to

opt out at any time.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Official Rules and the Giveaway are

governed by the laws of the State of

Maryland, without regard to conflict of

law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to

this Giveaway shall first be submitted to

good-faith negotiation between the parties

before any legal action is initiated.

17. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision

of these Official Rules shall not constitute

a waiver of that provision.

If any provision of these Official Rules is

found to be invalid or unenforceable, the

remaining provisions shall continue in

full force and effect.

These Official Rules constitute the entire

agreement between participants and Sponsor

with respect to the Giveaway.
